Judy is an experienced author, journalist and consultant in the food and travel industry. With over 40 books published for both adults and children. Her particular interest lies in the culture of food, but she can turn her expertise to any interesting, informative and topical subject matter.

EXPERT
Judy has built up a far-reaching library of research and photography during her trips to the islands, which make her a go-to expert on all things Caribbean. She will be launching an online library of her Caribbean photography over the next few months from which images can be purchased.

rECENT PROJECTS
Judy is using her extensive knowledge of the Caribbean cuisine and tourism to contribute to many ongoing projects promoting the islands. She has recently completed features on Dominica which will be appearing in Food and Travel, Health and Fitness, and Zing magazines, as well as on macocaribbean.com. She is currently researching a new Caribbean cookbook and has launched a delicious pepper sauce called Bastyra's Hot.
